Saw Humble Pie only 4 times between 1969 and 1971

The first time was at  Shea Stadium when they opened for Grand Funk Railroad. Great show!!!  With  Peter Frampton  The second time was at The Academy of Music Black  Oak Arkansas opened. My friends and I had are heads blown off by a row of Marshall Stacks streching from one end of the stage to the other.  The  third time Edger Winter w/ Rick Derrenger opened at a small venue outdoors called Galic Park. The Forth time was at a huge outdoor show at Pocono Speedway.1971 Rod Stewart and the Faces were the headliners. also  Edger Winter, Black Sabbath, J Giles Band and many more.
This was the ROCK era at it's FINEST...I wish I could do it all over  again.

Great site guys...Thank You

My name is Dicky Gilbers and I'm a Marriott fan since 1966. I like both the  rough side (Hot 'n'nasty, Tin soldier, Four day creep) and the softer side (Say  no more,Theme from skint,A song for Jenny).

Great site.   Keep up the good  work.
